About Us:

Bay Breeze Technology Center, Inc. provides high quality and Return On Investment (ROI) focused services to the Human Capital Management (staffing / recruitment) industry.  Our core competency is specifically in training salespeople, recruiters, managers, and administrators on the Personic Software Product Suite.  Additional service offerings include custom report writing, technology planning / review, implementation assistance, and business process review.

The company was founded in October 1999, by
Robert B. Naylor, an internationally recognized recruitment industry and IT (Information Technology) professional.  Naylor's extensive background includes working with over 350 staffing agencies while working at Personic and managing the development of a B2B (business to business) Exchange, managing six divisions (Networking, Operations, Help Desk, Micro Systems Support, Purchasing, and Research & Development) at CDI Corporation, a $1.8 billion international staffing agency for over 1,100 users and 130+ staffing offices (MRI & Today's Staffing are CDI subsidiaries).  He has also held several CIO (Chief Information Officer) and Senior Vice President level positions in the financial, manufacturing, and distribution industries.

All of our employees have staffing industry, recruiting, teaching / training, or human capital management experience.  We specialize in assisting our customers achieve their financial and infrastructure goals through developing strong and lasting relationships.

Bay Breeze Technology Center, Inc. has provided professional services nationally, as well as internationally to Canada, Mexico, Columbia, Argentina, Hong Kong, Singapore, the UK and Australian markets.  We have an impressive clientele, working with Nortel Networks, Price Waterhouse Coopers, Walmart, Novell, Eli Lilly, eToys.com, Blue Cross/Blue Shield Association, Wells Fargo, West Valley Staffing Group, and many others.
